At Mylos Koufonisia we want every customer to be happy with the products they buy. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we will be happy to assist you.
Exchanges and returns are made within 14 days from the day you received the product.
Please note that to make exchanges and refunds, it is necessary that the products are in excellent condition, with special labels (tags) and the receipt of the order.
We are happy to make any change in the products, whether it concerns a change in size, or an exchange with any other product of equal or greater value, provided that they are in their original condition, with special labels(tags) and proof of order. If you choose a higher value product than the original, you have to cover the difference in price. Changes can be made within 14 days from the date you received the product.
* Shipping, customs or any other costs incurred during the exchange of products are borne by the customer, unless it is a defective product or a product with a different code than the one you ordered, in which case we cover the full cost for the exchange of the product.
** During Sales period, the exchanges concerning purchases from the online store are made at the price at which the customer purchased the product.
A) Replacement: We will do our best to replace the returned product, whether the product was defective or you have been sent the wrong code.
B) Refund of your money to the bank account of your choosing or to the PayPal account from which the payment was made or to the credit card with which you made the payment, within 10 days from the date we receive the returned product.
* All returned products must be in their original condition and with their special labels(tags) still in place. We emphasize that you can not return swimwear, underwear and earrings for hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened.
** Shipping, customs or any other costs incurred during the return of products are borne by the customer, unless it is a defective product or a product with a different code than the one you ordered, in which case we cover the full cost for the return of the product.
*** Discount products can not be refunded (unless it is a defective product) and can only be exchanged for another product from the e-shop. The customer is obligated to cover any difference in price between the two products.
In the event that Mylos Koufonisia has sent the wrong or defective product, we take full responsibility for the replacement and delivery of the correct product, without any charge on the resulting costs.
